John Di Janni works closely with local architects and home designers to create the home of your dreams. In collaboration with Santa Fe Properties, This video features a fly over of the Aspen Vista property located in the Premier Housing Community of Monte Sereno. Construction is Scheduled to break ground in November 2020.

We were introduced to John Di Janni by our realtor who showed us a house that was built by John. We were impressed with the design and detail of the home and arranged to meet with John to discuss our plan to build our “dream home” in the mountains of Santa Fe.  A few years later, we worked with John and local architect, Tom Lechner, on the custom plans and blueprints.

John Di Janni built my home in Santa Fe in 1994 for my husband, George, and I.  I have never had a moment of regret about our choice of contractor.  John built us a quality home, as has been attested by a number of professional construction people who have had occasion over the years to inspect our home.
